1. Scope of Services

Assista Mina (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides high-clarity animated explainer videos, 2D/3D motion graphics, product demo videos, social media marketing assets, and narrative visual strategy.

The exact deliverables, video durations, aspect ratios, deadlines, and project milestones for each engagement are specified in your agreed project proposal, invoice, or signed statement of work (SOW).

2. Project Production Process & Milestones

Our proven production roadmap follows structured phase-by-phase milestones designed to eliminate rework and preserve message precision:

• Phase 1: Discovery & Scriptwriting — We distill your value proposition, define customer pain points, and write the voiceover script.
• Phase 2: Visual Storyboard & Style Frames — We design custom scene-by-scene illustrations matching your brand guidelines.
• Phase 3: Voiceover & Sound Design — Professional voice actors record the narration alongside licensed audio scoring.
• Phase 4: Animation & Final Polish — Bringing the illustrated scenes to life with smooth motion design and visual effects.

Each milestone requires your sign-off before proceeding to the subsequent phase to ensure perfect alignment.

3. Revisions Policy & Satisfaction

All standard Assista Mina packages include dedicated revision rounds at each milestone stage (script, style frames, storyboard, and rough cut animation) as specified in your agreement.

Revisions include adjustments to animation timing, sound levels, color corrections, and visual elements within the approved script and storyboard. Revisions that fundamentally alter a previously approved phase (such as rewriting the script after animation has begun) may incur reasonable additional charges, which will be quoted and approved in advance.

5. Fees, Invoicing & Payment Terms

Project pricing is transparent and agreed upon upfront. Unless otherwise stated in your invoice:

• Production commences following receipt of the agreed initial commencement deposit (typically 50%).
• The remaining balance is due upon presentation of the approved final video, prior to high-resolution master file delivery.
• All payments are invoiced in USD ($) or EUR (€) as specified on your official invoice.

6. Client Obligations & Timely Feedback

Timely video delivery relies on collaborative communication. Clients agree to provide required brand assets, background context, and consolidated feedback within five (5) business days of milestone submissions to keep delivery on schedule.

7. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

Assista Mina treats all unreleased product details, roadmap plans, and proprietary information shared by clients as strictly confidential. We are pleased to execute mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for pre-launch or stealth startups upon request.

8. Limitation of Liability & Warranties

Assista Mina provides services with industry-standard professional craftsmanship. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the engagement. In all cases, Assista Mina's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific project under dispute.

9. Project Pauses & Cancellations

Either party may terminate an active project in the event of material breach not cured within fourteen (14) days of written notice. If a project is cancelled by the client prior to completion, the client will be billed only for work completed up to the date of cancellation, with any unused deposit funds returned.
